2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. A data processing agreement is in place with IONOS.
When you visit the website, the host processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer, browser and operating system) in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website. The log files are deleted according to the host's retention periods.
3. Ordering via WhatsApp
When you tap "Send via WhatsApp" in the cart, WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland) opens with a prepared message. Only when you send that message in WhatsApp do we receive your details (name, delivery address if applicable, order, preferred time, payment method and your phone number). We use them to process your order; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. The website itself does not transmit or store any order data. WhatsApp's own privacy notice applies to its processing.
4. Storage in your browser
To keep your cart when you switch pages, we store it in your browser's local storage (localStorage), together with your "Pause animations" setting. This storage is strictly necessary for the function you requested (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). We only store your name and address if you select "Remember on this device" (consent, § 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). This data never leaves your device; you can delete it at any time in your browser.
5. No cookies, no analytics, no embedded services
We do not use cookies or any analytics or tracking tools. Fonts are loaded from our own server. Maps, Instagram posts or videos from other platforms are not embedded.
6. Links to other providers
We link to Lieferando, Uber Eats, Instagram and Google Maps. Only when you click such a link do you leave our website; the provider's own privacy policy then applies.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information in Wiesbaden.
